At TZ Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged watches
• Items damaged by customer misuse
• Products without original packaging

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective products.
• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Cash on Delivery Orders

• Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) can only be returned if the product is damaged or incorrect.
